Self Defence

Self Defence training in Ninjutsu lets anyone, regardless of age, physical prowess or experience, defend themselves using reflexive body movements designed for real life action. “So you may walk in peace.”

Personal Training

EVERYONE has something to work on, and with the help of an experienced and qualified Personal Trainer you can identify, target and remedy areas you’d like to improve. Become “BETTER THAN YESTERDAY” and with your trainer build a better you.

Little Ninjas (5-7 year olds)

Teach your child coordination, concentration and self-control using the excitement and fun of the Little Ninja Martial Arts skills. Teach key life lessons you would want your child to know.

Kids Ninjutsu (8-12 year olds)

Make your child safer; Prepare them better for life; Reinforce universal values; Your child will achieve much more than just learning to punch and kick.
