  • Using mental and verbal skills to avoid trouble
  • Keeping Kids safe from bullies and strangers
  • Avoiding injury (including falling down!)
  • Taking advantage of natural reflexes
  • Acting in the minimum time required
  • Developing awareness of potentially dangerous situations
  • Increasing self-control and self-discipline
  • Heaps of Fun!

The goals of  FunFit Self Defence for Kids training are: Courage, Emotional Stability, Patience and Respect.
