Sessions include all 10 General Physical Skills and types of training, including (but not limited to) Metabolic Conditioning (Cardio), Strength Training (weights), Core Strengthening and Flexibility training.
Individual training allows you to maximise your results.
Extensive record keeping on the part of your trainer means you will always know how you are performing (and improving) compared to YOU! (But if you are competitive there is a leader board so you can compare yourself to others – listing is optional!)
